La nostra collaborazione nasce dall\u2019esigenza del gruppo di sviluppare una piattaforma completa finalizzata alla vendita, in qualit\u00e0 di ISP, di servizi di video streaming ai propri clienti aziendali. FASTtelco ha scelto di offrire un servizio plug-and-play, in grado di permettere ai clienti di creare un account, caricare i propri video e ottenere un codice per condividerli sul proprio sito web. La soluzione da noi individuata \u00e8 stata quella di creare una piattaforma in grado di svolgere autonomamente tutte le funzioni necessarie, come la codifica, la transcodifica, la consegna e la reportistica, allo scopo di garantire una user experience che permettesse ai clienti il massimo della qualit\u00e0 sui formati video desiderati (live streaming o VOD), su qualsiasi tipo di dispositivo (mobile, tablet o desktop) e con differenti qualit\u00e0 di connessione (ADSL, 3G, 4G, etc.) FASTtelco aveva bisogno, oltre che di un provider in grado di fornirgli la soluzione pi\u00f9 adatta alle proprie esigenze, soprattutto di un business partner che potesse offrire loro supporto per il processo di scalabilit\u00e0 del servizio streaming, che rappresenta un importante vantaggio nella vendita dei pacchetti internet ai clienti aziendali.

Oltre allo sviluppo tecnico della piattaforma, abbiamo inserito nell’offerta i nostri servizi di monitoraggio e supporto per rilevare e risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problematiche.
